Senior Master Michael Plessel is the Owner of Integrity Martial Arts. He has been involved with Taekwondo since 1987 and been instructing since 1992. He is a 7th Degree Black Belt. Senior Master Plessel is an Internationally Certified Instructor, Level 3 tournament judge, as well as a member of the Regional and National Tournament Staff.

Senior Master Plessel was awarded the title of Master Instructor of the American Taekwondo Association in July, 2013 and title of Senior Master Instructor in July, 2019. Senior Master Plessel holds certifications for Training the Trainer, S.H.A.R.P. (Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention), Bully Prevention, ground fighting, and several ProTech weapons including: Bahng Mahng Ee, Ssahng Jeol Bong, Oh Sung Do, Jahng Bong, Jee Pahng Ee.

Senior Master Plessel earned several honors as an upcoming leader through his Taekwondo career. Senior Master Plessel also earned multiple State Championships in Forms and Sparring in both Nebraska and Wisconsin. He also has placed in the ATA/WTTU/STF Top Ten World Championships in both forms and Sparring multiple times.Senior Master Plessel has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and currently works as a roadway design engineer in Beloit, WI.
