This is a great martial arts institution. I really appreciate the ability to try the class out before signing up for multiple sessions. The instructor does a fantastic job of working with the classes of all ages and is very knowledgeable.

Gym owner very hands on and instructional. Very knowledgeable about technique and maximizing efficiency. Would still be attending this school if i had not moved out of the area.
